The undergraduate degree program in Industrial Technology Management is a four-year program, which consists of courses. The program offers to students the following:

  1. Acquiring knowledge and skills in dealing with specific technological models and systems
  2. After graduation, graduates are qualified for the design and improvement of technical systems, the management of industrial enterprises, research and development of production processes
  3. Through a set of common objects graduates, in addition to information and technological expertise, fluently speak the English language and are trained for business communication, design and project presentation
  4. Gaining competence in the field of planning, organizing, managing, monitoring and management of parts of companies and enterprises as a whole, i.e., competencies that will fill a large gap in educational profiles that are missing organizations in all sectors of our economy and society and the lack of which is one of the main causes of low effectiveness and efficiency of these organizations
  5. Experts–engineers in the field of industrial-technological management, whose main areas of activity are organization and design enterprises, systems analysis and data processing, economics of materials, processing and manufacturing, research and development, human resources, management, marketing and sales all of which are essential in the transition of Bosnia and Herzegovina
  6. Much of the research markets in the EU and the US have shown that engineers of industrial technological management are in high demand and paid were in companies of these countries, and that they are not common on the labor market. A similar situation exists in our country and throughout the region, so that the profession of engineers in industrial technology management will have great prospects for employment in our, and foreign, manufacturing and service companies

Industrial technology is primarily involved in project management and operations, as well as maintenance of complex technological systems, while technology engineering relates to the design and installation of these systems. Students who successfully complete this program receive a US, EU, Turkey and Bosnia-Herzegovina accredited diploma and are qualified for the design and improvement of technical systems, the management of industrial enterprises, research and development of production processes.


Operations management, project management, financial analysis, security agencies, industry and manufacturing, design, research in industry, systems analysis, security management, quality control, etc. Employment is possible locally, regionally and internationally.

Enrolling students are required to have a four-year high school diploma or an international baccalaureate diploma.

The undergraduate degree program, Industrial Technology Management enables students to design and manufacture industrial systems. The program helps students to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain technical systems and to run efficient industrial management and quality management. This study program is conducted through eight (8) semesters. During the first four semesters, its students attend a common set of courses within which they are trained to work in the field of information technology, global economy, programming and network management. Upon completion of the fourth semester, each student has the opportunity to choose a specialization in sophisticated industrial technologies and develop necessary skills for the labor market in specific industries.
The Industrial-Technology Management Program is designed to prepare students for jobs in industry, education, institutions and organizations engaged in industry and technology, and which are involved in the design, installation and improvement of the system in operation.
