Case study Competition
EY is organizing case study competition in order to develop qualified students. Students have the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities by solving a set of real business problems; through this competition, EY will spot talented students and offer them a scholarships or chance at employment. Students of all years of study can apply and participate in the program.
The aim of the project
To enable young people to gain practical knowledge and recognition of their talents that will get them the opportunity to perform an internship at EY, with the possibility of employment from October 2016. Students of first through third years of study who are placed in the top 5 teams will enter the selection process for EY scholarship. Final year students will be entered directly into the selection process for internship or employment.
Implementation of an internship will be in the period October 2016 - May 2017.
All teams that reach the finals will receive a certificate of participation in the competition signed by EY.
The method of registration and participation
Students should form teams of three students and as a team applies for the competition.
Training for the presentation and the finals will be held in Sarajevo.
Till October 01, teams need to send their solutions in English in MS PowerPoint presentation (maximum number of slides is 15). In addition, they can also to send statements and clarifications in Excel spreadsheets or Word document. Except solutions, teams are required to send the CV of each team member, in English.

The final competition:
Will be held on October 29, 2015, in Sarajevo.
8 teams evaluated as the best in the pre-selection by a jury will represent its solution before the jury and the audience. Each team will have 10 minutes for presentation and be required to present in English.
The jury will consist of EY employees, as well as their partners and colleagues from other sectors - business, banking and academic.
