THE YOUTH BRAIN DRAIN IS AN ENORMOUS CHALLENGE FOR BIH

On Thursday, September 16, U. S. Senator George Voinovich will talk with students of American University in BiH in Banja Luka about the importance of Euro-Atlantic integration. After the discussion with the Senator, AUBiH students from Banja Luka will spend their time socializing with their colleagues from Sarajevo and Tuzla and sightseeing Banja Luka.

As usual, American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina organizes lectures of U.S. eminent public figures and senior officials for its students. Therefore, on September 16, AUBiH students from Banja Luka will have the honor to talk with the eminent U.S. Senator George Voinovich via direct video link. The topic of this special discussion will be the importance of joining the Euro-Atlantic integration talks and students of AUBiH from Sarajevo and Tuzla will also be joining this discussion.

During his last visit in February, Senator Voinovich emphasized that BiH politicians should focus on the future of the country and find ways to improve the economic situation and development, as well as employment rate.

- If the youth brain drain is present, then you will have serious challenges to overcome. We will still encourage political leaders to make agreements and emphasize the importance of such talks for the future of BiH, said Voinovich during his last visit.

After the discussion about the importance of investing in human resources and higher education, as well as joining the Euro-Atlantic integration, students of AUBiH from Banja Luka will spend their time socializing with their colleagues from Sarajevo and Tuzla and sightseeing Banja Luka.
